Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") developed by Pawan Dixit ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to use the Apps on any device that you do not own or control.

Apple's Standard EULA

Our Apps are licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the Apps is also governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), which is incorporated into these terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA shall take precedence.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of our Apps. You may not use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in our Apps are the intellectual property of Pawan Dixit and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. In short: we do not collect any personal data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pawan Dixit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Apps, regardless of the theory of liability.

Termination

These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Apps and delete all copies.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
